DELIVERY TIMES (at any time you can track the order) * The average time is:

Spain: 2 to 4 days for products in stock
Europe: 12 to 18 days for products in stock
America: 14 to 21 days for products in stock

DELIVERIES
From Monday to Friday (NO deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional or local holidays)

PICK UP: 0€ Barcelona has the option Free Pickup/ Glovo: ~ You can come or send a Glovo to pickup your products in the Barceloneta area. We will send you an email to coordinate the delivery. From Monday to Friday (NO deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional or local holidays).

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Return Policy:

Glu ArtShop are responsible for our products and we will gladly accept returns due to size errors, according to the following conditions.

Before returning any product, the customer must contact gluartshop@gluwur.com and request a return authorization number. After receiving the return authorization number, the customer must return the products according to the instructions received.

All products will be returned at the risk of the customer who must pay the return costs, they must not be damaged. The customer is responsible for returning the products to the company and for keeping proof of said return.

The company has a 21-day return policy. For the return to be accepted, our company must receive the products within 21 days of the delivery date.
